INTRODUCTION
Anty EC08 is an integrated rotation detection system with eddy current sense and signal conditioner. It can sense the relative distance between the metal body and the probe, and output a corresponding electrical signal. The significant advantages of Anty EC08 are high sensitivity, non-contact measurement, strong anti-interference ability, strong anti-oil and other media ability, etc. It can be widely used in online monitoring and fault diagnosis of large rotating machinery.

Anty EC08 is designed for detecting the rotation speed of machinery. The probe should be mounted facing the gear vertically as close as possible, and the frequency of the output pulse signal is proportional to the rotation speed.

NOTES
The signal conditioner of Anty EC08 is packaged by 1 mm thickness aluminum alloy for water proof protection and anti-electromagnetic interference. The length of the cable connecting the sensor to signal conditioner can be customized, but should be less than 9 m to ensure the impedance matching of two parts for high frequency signal.
